CONTEST – Phantogram @ The Mod Club – July 28, 2011

What: New York state-based electro-trip-gaze-hop-on-pop duo whom despite having a myriad of immediately identifiable stylistic reference points, have managed to craft their own distinct sound, thanks in no small part to some great songs.
Why: The pair continue to tour their debut Eyelid Movies, which came out early last year. This will be at least their fourth or fifth time through Toronto.
When: Thursday, July 28, 2011
Where: 69 Bathurst The Mod Club in Toronto (19+)
Who else: The Glitch Mob are headlining this show and Com Truise rounds out the undercard.
How: Tickets are $20 in advance but courtesy of Embrace, I’ve got two pairs of passes to the show to give away. To enter, email me at contests AT with “I want to see Phantogram” in the subject line and your full name in the body. Have that in to me before midnight, July 26.
