yeah, pricey but I figure I paid about $10 more than TM will charge, and for front row, you bet your sweet bippy.
And really, what do I do besides go to shows? Nothing, that’s what.

Have you seen Playlist Magazine yet? http://…/
Wilco talks about giving it away for free.
Interviews w/ Wilco, Aluminium Group, Bob Mould. Playlists by Joe Pernice, Franz Ferdinand… um… I dunno. I saw it in a Loblaws today. Thought you’d be interested

"Giving it away for free" must be in reference to their streaming the last two albums off the website. Cause they sure as hell ain’t talking about concert tickets.
Sounds like Mac propoganda to me…

It looks like mac propoghanda, too. It looks like an electronics catalogue. I didn’t check the price, but it’s the kind of thing the should give away at Mac outlets. It is an interesting idea to do a magazine focused on single tracks though.
If John Darnielle is right (in his interview in "Comes with a Smile") and the album is dead, perhaps magazines like this one might be more prevalant.

Congrats…I got 7th row at the Meyerhoff Symphony
Hall in Baltimore on Sept 28th.
It’s gonna be a helluva month for shows here — Drive-By Truckers the week before Wilco, then Rilo Kiley and the Mountain Goats on consecutive nights 2 weeks later.
