I was not sick enough this morning to be too sick to come in. Still some throat issues, some tiredness. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. I’d take the afternoon off anyway since I’m going to lunch with the folks from NOW.

Aimee Mann is coming back to town – November 8 at the mysterious Palais Royale (mysterious cause I’ve never been nor do I even know where it is). I really enjoyed her last tour with Michael Penn. I will probably attend this one as well.
The menace of the cold continues to grow. I’ve sneezed more than a few times tonight, the tickle in back of my throat is not subsiding. Well on the bright side, it would be an opportunity to catch up on my sleep…
Excellent episode of Buffy tonight. I daresay they’re back on track after an iffy last season.

I think I’m coming down with a cold. Scratchy throat, sneezing, general tiredness. Am I sick? Magic eight ball says… yes. Blaargh.

Was actually panicked last night when my Hotmail account seemed to disappear. Attempts to login were met with a .Net error saying my account could not be found… It’s back now and yer damn skippy I’m saving out all my address book today! Stupid Microsoft.
Finally got to go in and tidy up the rehearsal space today. Tested out the new mic, it works fine but the mic clip it came with is utter trash. Will need a new one. Had an entertaining little band meeting at Sneaky Dee’s afterwards. Discussed plans for the upcoming ‘recording sessions’ as well as finally sketched out the website.
I don’t want to go to work today.
